Women’s Lift Strong is a class open to all genders focusing on high-rep cardio movements with weights for full-body tone & fat burn! Barre includes isometric holds with controlled, low-impact movements.

Women's Lift Strong: Women's Lift
strong is a full-body strength

resistance bands, and barbells.
