This class features full-body strength workouts using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, and barbells. Participants will move through sets that target specific muscle groups. This class provides a space for both beginners and seasoned lifters alike to practice optimal form and gain strength under a guided training program. Zumba is a fun and effective fitness class. For many, it’s the alternative to the treadmill. In his class, Bruce combines fast and slow rhythms for an effective cardio workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms. It’s very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget you’re working out with the simple moves to a variety of dance styles including Salsa, Bachata, Soca, Merengue, African, Bhangra and Hip Hop.
