Our Fit over 50 exercise class is designed specifically for individuals over the age of 50 who want to stay fit and active. The class offers a wide range of exercises and activities, including strength training, yoga, balance, and flexibility exercises. These classes are designed to improve overall strength, balance and coordination, and are a great way for individuals of this age group to stay healthy and mobile while having fun and socializing with others in their age group.

Pilates stretching class is a form of physical activity that focuses on core conditioning and mindful movement. The program uses a variety of stretching and form-correcting exercises that focus on lengthening and strengthening the muscles, improving posture, and increasing flexibility and balance. Pilates can help increase overall fitness and well-being, aiding in stress and pain relief as well as in maintaining healthy posture. It also provides guidance in breathing and relaxation, helping to reduce tension and create greater overall body awareness.

Line Dancing taught by Joyce

Line dancing exercise classes offer a fun way to get a good workout, requiring you to use your whole body to stay balanced and rhythmically step in time to music. This type of low-impact dancing can be packed full of aerobic exercise but also give you a great workout for developing coordination and muscle tone. People of all levels of experience can join and benefit from line dancing classes, from newcomers who have never stepped foot in a line dance class before to experienced dancers who can request more challenging routines. Anyone looking for fun way to get in shape should consider a line dancing class!

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)  – taught by Beau

This will be a metabolism boosting, cardio workout built for calorie burning, core strengthening and toning workout.  Intense & fast paced. Come prepared to sweat.

Pole Dancing (fee based) – taught by Kat

Enjoy fun, beginner friendly  and energizing classes that primarily focus on developing your strength, and form. Their teaching approach offers progressive training techniques viable for all levels.

Each class consists of learning and improving upon various transitions, spins, and climbs.  Master your technique through the repetition and consistency of building strength through movement and dance. Ultimately, leading you to dance and effortlessly float through choreography and combinations.

This slower paced class focuses on deep, intentional breathing, featuring Hatha/Vinyasa poses that promote flexibility, balance, strength, coordination, and focus. Emphasis on proper alignment and technique as well as body/mind connection. Modifications offered for all levels from beginner to advanced. No experience necessary.

Yoga stretching is a gentle, mindful exercise class that combines stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises to improve muscle flexibility, BODY awareness and clarity of mind. Using slow, sustained movements that target major muscle groups, the class gives plenty of opportunity to focus on alignment and technique in order to deepen the connection between the body, breath and mind. The class ends with a guided relaxation and meditation, giving the opportunity to take a mindful break from the everyday hustle.

Innergize Tuesdays with Cagney 

Easy and fun dance moves to your favorite music! A 25 minute mix of light cardio with flowing dance movements, along with approximately 25 minutes of light weights/body weight resistance, cool-down, stretches and core strengthening.
12pm – 12:45pm

Barre taught by Megan

Barre is a full-body strength workout that combines the movement practices of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. Using the ballet barre, participants will move through choreographed sets designed to target muscle groups commonly used in the previously mentioned movement practices. Barre focuses on elongated muscle work that aids in enhancing posture and proper alignment while getting you moving to the music. Participants typically leave class feeling a couple inches taller, more balanced, and feeling accomplished!

Zumba taught by Bruce

Zumba is a fun and effective fitness class. For many, it’s the alternative to the treadmill. In his class, Bruce combines fast and slow rhythms for an effective cardio workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms. It’s very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget you’re working out with the simple moves to a variety of dance styles including Salsa, Bachata, Soca, Merengue, African, Bhangra and Hip Hop.

6:00pm – 7:00pm

Women’s Lift Strong taught by Megan

Women’s Lift strong is a full-body strength workout using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, and barbells. Participants will move through timed sets that target specific muscle groups. This class provides a space for both beginners and seasoned lifters to practice correct form and gain strength under a guided training program. If you are new to strength training and want to see what it’s all about, or are looking for a community to lift with, this is the class for you! *All identities, ages and abilities welcome!
7:10pm – 8:00pm

Power Vinyasa Yoga taught by Paul

50 minutes of vigorous yoga, incorporating strength training and cardio, along with stretching, mind-body awareness, and self-care. Each class will be full-body engagement. We will focus on building: –range of motion –balance –stability –mobility –flexibility –awareness No previous yoga experience required! Openness and willingness are all you need.

Small group training is a great way to stay committed to your fitness goals and to push yourself with others who are also motivated to get the best results.
