Zumba is a fun and effective fitness class. For many, it’s the alternative to the treadmill. In his class, Bruce combines fast and slow rhythms for an effective cardio workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms. It’s very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget you’re working out with the simple moves to a variety of dance styles including Salsa, Bachata, Soca, Merengue, African, Bhangra and Hip Hop.

This is a dynamic strength training class designed specifically for pole dancers or those wanting to get into pole dancing who want to build the muscular foundation needed for advanced tricks, climbs, and spins. Whether you’re a beginner looking to develop core and upper body strength or an experienced dancer aiming to improve your endurance and power, this class provides targeted exercises to boost your pole performance.
