We offer a variety of classes each week that are free to all members. Checkout our newest additions; Woman’s Lift Strong (Tuesday’s & Thursdays 6pm-7pm) & Barre3 (Saturdays 10am-10:50am). Women’s Lift Strong is a class open to all genders focusing on high-rep cardio movements with weights for full-body tone & fat burn! Barre3 includes isometric holds with controlled, low-impact movements.
