📚 Grab that stack of ungraded essays, worksheets, or quizzes (you know, the one that’s been staring at you for a week). Perform 10 curls per arm while reflecting on why you assigned so much homework.
🏃♂️ The Recess Dash – Sprint Training
Remember that moment when a kid suddenly books it toward the street? Recreate that full-speed sprint with 3 rounds of 20-second dashes. Bonus points if you weave through desks like an obstacle course.
🧎♀️ The Parent-Teacher Conference Hold – Plank Endurance
Hold a plank position while mentally preparing for a 30-minute discussion about why Johnny totally does not talk that much at home. Aim for a 1-minute plank—or however long it takes for the parent to finish their monologue.
🏗️ The Desk Rearrangement Deadlift – Leg & Core Power
Classroom feng shui is serious business. Pick up and reposition at least five desks (because no layout is ever quite right). Keep your core tight, and remember—lift with your legs, not your back!
💥 The Morning Coffee Carry – Grip Strength
Balance a full cup of coffee while navigating a room full of unpredictable students. The goal? No spills. This will test your grip, reflexes, and ability to remain completely calm under pressure.
