Have you been curious about pole dancing, but not sure if you’re ready to commit to a series? Join us for a fun one hour introductory pole lesson for absolute beginners! This is perfect for those who are interested in starting pole, or want a fun night out! No prerequisite strength/flexibility/coordination required. Come curious about pole, and leave hooked on it. Q: Do I need to be strong to sign up?

A: No! Anyone can can start, modified movements are always provided.

Q: What should I bring?

A: Comfortable stretchable clothing and water. No shoes/heels required
