Whether your hip and knee pain is caused by repetitive stress or an inflammatory issue like arthritis, tendinitis, or bursitis, this custom workshop can help. In this workshop you can improve hip and knee stability, mobility, and control as well as restore some hydration to your knees and pelvis. Please bring a full water bottle and dress in comfortable clothing.
If you have a favorite yoga mat please bring that. If it is difficult for you to lie on the floor on your back, we kindly suggest starting with a private session.
