You’ve completed Level 1, and are ready to get your feet off the ground. In this series you’ll be introduced to basic ground and descending inversions, intermediate holds, more advanced floorwork, and spin pole. Strength and stamina conditioning is intensified in this course as we weave movements together into short combinations. By the end of the series you’ll be able to piece together both aerial and floor based movements with confidence. (Perquisite: completed level 1)

Q: Do I need a lot of upper body strength?
A: No! Anyone can can start pole dancing and build up their strength and flexibility.
Q: What should I wear?
A: The more exposed skin the better! We use our skin to cling to the pole, so bring a sleeveless top and shorts.
