Focusing on active and passive stretches that strengthen and balance muscles in the hips, back, shoulders, and legs. Unlock stiffness, and widen your range of motion with your instructor. Your instructor will walk you through all stretches and drills. Modified movements are provided, to make the series accessible to all levels. A: No! Anyone can can start, modified movements are always provided.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Comfortable stretchable clothing and water. We provide mats and blocks, but you can bring your own.
