The juniors racquetball class here at the Lloyd Athletic Club is a group class that meets weekly on Thursday nights, 6:30-7:30PM. The first 10 minutes are racquet control warmups, the next 20 minutes are spent learning and practicing new skill, and the remaining time is a mix of activities and games to have fun using those skills. The class is held in the club’s main glass-backed court where parents can watch and support. The class is a fantastically fun way for kids to stay active, meet new friends, and learn the fastest sport in the world. It’s also a great chance for parents to get in a workout of their own!
