Therapeutic Yoga and Pilates is very beneficial for people who need a therapeutic yoga workout. She includes meditation, breathing, and Yoga in her class as well as gentle Pilates movements. Jordan has a calmness about her that brings the class into a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. She is a professional in all respects. LAC is fortunate to have her. It would be good to have Jordan leading a Friday or Saturday morning class.
