Power Pump 60 Type Class Coming Soon!

A 60 minute group class with resistance  training. A simple and practical variety of free weight exercises, coupled with cardiovascular strength exercises to produce results. Classes are similar to Body Pump or Group Power classes, students do lunges, presses, curls and squats to increase muscle strength through a low-weight, high-rep class.
