Group Exercise Classes
Lloyd Athletic Club features Portland’s most extensive group fitness program with 75+ classes weekly. These classes are ongoing and included in your monthly membership dues.
Classes range from Cardio Kick Boxing and Hip-Hop Classes to Yoga, Pilates and NIA, so there’s sure to be a something that will spark your interest and help you to reach your fitness goals.
All classes include a warm-up, cool-down, stretching and standing abdominal work.
We also have a large senior program with 20 or more classes per week designed specifically for our senior members. These classes were designed to be safe and fun while focusing on strength, flexibility and movement.
L.A.C. has opened the MAX Conditioning Studio to all members as part of their L.A.C. membership. Some specialty fee-based classes will be scheduled in the room; a schedule will be posted indicating those times and days. Please contact one of our fitness trainers if you would like to go through training on the proper use of the MAX studio. This room will be dedicated to getting the most out of your time and body. It is a fun group training room designed to push you to reach your MAX in a fun action packed environment.
The program is based on the popular Cross Fit / Boot Camp style programming with an L.A.C. twist. Each class is led by one of our Personal Trainers. Be pushed to reach goals you never thought existed.
