Take your workouts to the next level with any of our Small Group Personal Training Sessions. Here, you get an affordable way to work with a Personal Trainer. That is, of course, unless you’re ready to tackle the Battle Ropes, TRX, Kettlebells, and Box Jumps solo in our MAX Conditioning Room.
Looking for something with more gradual transitions, or done at a slower pace? LAC offers over 20 classes including Essentrics, Senior Cardio and Strength, or Wake and Renew Yoga that are ideal for injury prevention, pain recovery, and overall health. Here you can focus on improving functional movement, increasing range of motion, balance, flexibility and stamina.
