Essentrics is a completely original workout for people of all ages that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body. Routines rotate every six weeks.
Taught by:
Emily Wishman has been certified to teach Essentrics since 2014 and has been practicing it since 2008. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys cooking, writing and stand up paddling.
