AN INTENSE BUT FUN FITNESS CLASS
Cycle indoors and put the pedal to the “metal”. Sprint and climb your way to a better physique! Excellent for improving cardiovascular fitness, this class is geared for all fitness levels.
Join us for an awesome workout – bring your water, enthusiasm and desire to get to the top of the mountain. We offer this class every day of the week, in the mornings Monday, Wednesday & Friday and during the afternoons on Tuesday & Thursday.

Dawn constantly mixes up the flow of class to keep us moving. She takes time to help out each new person and get set up. She’s also built a community within our class. Always encouraging and gives a good push to keep us motivated.
