Beginners Kripalu Yoga Flow

Kripalu Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that combines asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Kripalu states that its teaching is “following the flow” of prana, or “life-force energy, compassionate self-acceptance, observing the activity of the mind without judgment, and taking what is learned into daily life.”

In class you will:

  • Fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices
  • How to stay safe and stable in your postures, and how to modify for your own body
  • Practical applications of yogic philosophy to enrich your life
  • Simple, easy to learn sequences
